Compliance

The Remuneration Committee has been constituted and operated throughout the year in accordance with the principles outlined in the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority derived from Schedule A and B of the Combined Code. In framing the remuneration policy full consideration is given to best practice. The Remuneration Report complies with the disclosures required by the Director Remuneration Report Regulations 2002.
