Q. When is the next Annual General Meeting?
A. Please refer to the Financial

Q. Will you be having card polling this year like you have in the past?
A. We will be using electronic voting this year as it is more
efficient and fairer. We haven't actually used poll cards for a few
years now.
Q. Why are you using electronic voting at the AGM?
A. This is now best practice and means that each vote represents the
number of shares held.
Q. How will I know if the electronic polling works or not?
A. When you give your voting instructions on the handset, you will see
a message confirming that your vote for or against the resolution
has been received. The voting process is managed by Equiniti who
ensure transparency and auditability.

Q. What do I do if I move house?
A. You will need to notify Equiniti, our share registrars, of your new

Q. What do I do if I change my name?
A. You will need to notify Equiniti of your new name. You can do this
by writing to Equiniti, Aspect House, Spencer Road, Lancing

need to enclose evidence of your name change, such as a photocopy
of your marriage certificate, or a certified copy of your change of

Q. How can I transfer my Tesco shares?
A. If you wish to transfer your shares to your spouse you will need to

Q. How often does Tesco pay dividends?
A. Tesco currently pays dividends twice a year.

Q. Can I elect to reinvest my cash dividends in Tesco ordinary shares?
A. Yes. You will need to complete an application form and send it to
Equiniti, Aspect House, Spencer Road, Lancing Business Park,

calling Equiniti on 0871 384 2977.
Q. I haven't received my last dividend cheque who do I need to contact?
A. You will need to let Equiniti know. They will be able to place a
stop against your missing dividend cheque, and will arrange to
issue a replacement. You can do this by telephoning

Aspect House, Spencer Road, Lancing Business Park, Lancing, West

Q. I have found an out of date dividend cheque what can I do?
A. You will need to contact Equiniti, who will arrange to issue a

Q. Can I have my Tesco dividends paid directly into my bank or building society account?
A. Yes you can. You will need to request a BACS dividend mandate form
from Equiniti. You can do this by telephoning 0871 384 2976 within

Q. Will I still receive notification of dividend payments if they are paid direct into my bank or building society account?
A. Yes, a dividend tax voucher will be sent to your registered address
when the interim dividend is paid. This tax voucher covers the
whole tax year.

Q. How can I find out how many Tesco shares I hold?

Q. My Tesco share certificate has been lost/stolen. What should I do?
A. You should report the loss of your share certificate immediately to

Q. Are shareholder communications available in alternative format, like large print or braille?

Q. How long should I keep my tax vouchers?
A. You should keep your tax vouchers for six years.
Q. How can I obtain replacement tax vouchers?
A. If your tax vouchers have been lost or stolen, you can obtain
